Dont waste your money

Being a math major and taking 100% of my notes on my iPad, Ive tried all the note taking apps on the App Store. Having done so, I can say that Zoomnotes has the potential to be the best notes app in the App Store by a long way.

That being said, poor execution holds this app back and theres no sign of improvement in over 2 years.

The developer keeps making UI tweaks and keeps adding features, but the app is so full of bugs that its just isnt worth using. For every bug the developer fixes, more new ones are introduced.

After this app crashed on me a few times, taking a full hour of notes with it, I decided to delete this app off my iPad. That was over a year ago. Recently, I decided to give Zoomnotes one more chance and its still so full of bugs, its unusable. The app hangs and freezes and has generally poor performance on my iPad Air 2.

This is a shame, as Zoomnotes has the most robust feature set and best handwriting capture (inking) of any note app Ive ever used. If only the developer could clean the app of all the bugs which plague it so badly, itd easily be a 5 star app. But, since the app is so utterly useless because of the bugs, I can only give it one star in good consciousness.
