ZoomNotes is the most comprehensive visual note-taking app with huge zoom range. Make handwritten notes and sketches on virtual paper, huge WhiteBoards , PDF files, images and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents (via GoogleDrive). Sync your documents between your iPad and iPhone with iCloud.

MULTIPLE PEN TYPES
There are 8 pen types to choose from including gel, nib, pencil and watercolour each with unlimited line thicknesses.

HANDWRITING RECOGNITION
Search handwritten notes.

DIGITAL PLANNING
Either import a planner pdf or use the ‘Custom digital planner’ option to create your own. You can configure a planner to show events and reminders from the Calendar and Reminder apps.

SUB-PAGES
This unique feature allows you to use ‘pages within pages’. This allows you to use sticky-notes and enables the creation of hierarchical visual files. You can also insert whole pdf files as sub-pages, or import pages from other ZoomNotes documents into a sub-page.

BOOKMARKS
Bookmarks allow you save views in your documents, and then return to them at a later date. There are animated playback facilities to allow you to present with or to create videos from your document.

LINKS
Add links between pages, and even between documents. This lets you create your own digital planners, enhance imported pdf planners or create indices.

SPLIT_SCREEN
Edit and view two documents side by side (or above and below). You can now also have 2 views of the same document.

CALENDAR EVENTS
Add events/reminders linked to your documents, possibly with alarms. The URL in the event links back to the document in ZoomNotes.

HUGE ZOOM RANGE, WHITEBOARD MODE
Zoom in and out without arbitrary limits including rotated views.

LAYERS
Layers let you control what is visible on a page, also options for master layers which show on all pages.

WRITE OVER PDF FILES
Import and write over PDFs, Microsoft Office files Word, Excel and PowerPoint (via GoogleDrive).

UNLIMITED PAPER SIZES AND STYLES
Make your page as small or as large as you like. Choose any type of paper with our configurable paper types.

FULLY EDITABLE
In ZoomNotes, you can select, scale, rotate, shift and flip (mirror) objects. Cut, copy and paste are also available, including between documents, pages and other apps.

SHAPES AND ARROWS
Regular shapes and arrows (ideal for visual mapping); they can be drawn with the polygon tool or roughly drawn by hand and automatically converted into the exact geometric shape.

Insert images (photos) in your documents at any size and scale. Crop, mask, re-sample, edit transparency, scan-correct and deform images. Insert images and videos from camera or photo library.

TYPED TEXT
Enter typed text via keyboard; with a wide range of fonts and font sizes, font colours, fills and borders. Text can be entered at all zoom scales and can be selected and moved, scaled and rotated.

RECORD AND PLAYBACK SOUNDS
Including import and export of mp3 files. You can also insert a sound recording on the page to which it relates. Now linked to drawing.

SHARE DOCUMENTS
Share documents as PDF files, images, videos or ZoomNotes documents (via email, iTunes, clipboard, Dropbox, Twitter and Evernote, Airdrop, iCloud Drive and Open in.

USE FOR PRESENTATIONS
ZoomNotes is VGA compatible for use with projectors, monitors and AirPlay.

This app are able to zoom like none other app !!! plus you can write on document like you want or add pics ! Good job !!

Very useful for me and it keeps getting better over time ! One suggestion : the icons around the drawing board are somewhat big and not really aesthetic. Turning them into solid icons instead of wireframes and reducing their size would make the app even greater.

I bought the app a week ago as I needed a notes taking app which would flexible, offer a lot of features and work with my Jot Stylus. I was sceptical at the beginning as I did not have any experience. But my skepsis was unjustified. This app does everything. I needed some time to find my way around and thrn I had some difficulties and I couldnt figure out my mistakes. I contacted their support. In a few words: the best support ever! Promt, professional, helpful. The app is worth its money!

Extraordinary function but not so easy to master. One would expect that though, given the massive amount of functionality the app has to offer.

Ive been using this app for some weeks now and I must say: I love it more every day! Its the best whiteboard replacement app so far! Wish list: 1. Co-op-Share mode, in which it would be possible to share a document with a whole class, wich could then be watched and (if not writing protected) even be edited by anybody from anywhere the class in live time. Once shared/invited everybody receives live updates automatically. Comparable to the new live feature of apple i work suite... 2. Greater Range of animation modes to make the documents even more living. Thanks so far!

My congratulations to a fine group of developers. This piece of work is brilliant.

Some bad moments

-Pages transition is just horrible -Eraser completely buggy, i cant draw in the app because of it -Bugs that lead to app closes -Bad looking and unfriendly interface -In and out pinch inst good feeling +so many options that you can do almost everything with it and export in many ways, but its not a good feeling doing it anyway

This app is so bad it makes me long for pen and paper. The page intermittently moves around while you write and what you write intermittently erases itself. You will get better value and satisfaction from flushing $5 down the toilet. I want my money back!

If it wasnt for being bug this would be all I need in a note taking app. Infinite pages, zoom,recording,adding pages within pages and the list goes on. However, the problems I have run into so far makes it very unlikely to continue using the app for my notes: For one ,after saving the note, it seems that the writing just breaks down into weird parts if you try to zoom in afterwards. Which makes the whole zooming thing pointless. Also, I have run into a problem with notes crashing while editing them then becoming totally inaccessible ( insta-crash when opened ). So important notes just got lost, and auto back up doesnt upload multiple instances often to help recover a copy thats not bugged of the file. So bottom line, despite all the tempting features, having issue with notes is not something thats worth it. You use an app instead of papers for convenience and backup not the other way around.

these people dont know how to make a complete job , they dont test the product after update.when a insert a text with voice dictation this will disapear!

The demo seems to list lots of features, but the user is not told what does what or how to use it. NOT INTUITIVE, so uninstalling.

Too much problems with sync auto backup. There isnt synchronization with iCloud Drive. I cannot eliminate an entire folder with all data. But a very important thing is backup with Icloud drive. Backing up all with one file zip to re open successfully. I dont understand why you dont integrate these very important functions.
